Reservations will be made in writing and to the email address: email@example.com.
The CUSTOMER must indicate: check-in date, check-out date, offered price and full ID information. We will send you a confirmation message saying that the accommodation is available during the dates you requested.
To complete the reservation the CUSTOMER must deposit the full amount of the stay within a maximum period of two business days from receiving the confirmation of availability
The CUSTOMER must immediately send an email with the receipt of the bank transfer.
After receiving the deposit, the OWNER will contact the CUSTOMER to confirm the reservation is complete and to specify all the details regarding the check-in and the key handover.
As owners of the rural house, we are required to collect the identification information of EVERYONE staying in the house and to inform the Civil Guard. EVERYONE staying is required to provide the following information: Full name and last name, ID card or passport, full address, phone number and email of the person in charge of the reservation.
In order to make up for any possible damages or flaws, the amount of the deposit will be 100 €, which will be paid also by bank transfer. After the check-out and once the house has been checked that there are no damages and is in the same condition as provided, the OWNER will reimburse the CUSTOMER for the amount of the deposit within a maximum of 5 days.
Once we have received confirmation that the CUSTOMER has made the payment, we will send a confirmation email of the reservation. In the event that we have not received the transfer within the period of two business days from sending the availability email, the reservation will be automatically canceled without notification to the CUSTOMER. The house will once again be available for other customers.
If the cancellation or change of dates takes place up to 20 days of the check-in date, the customer will receive 100% refund except for the bank charges (if any) associated with the process of reimbursement. If the cancellation takes place with less than 20 days from the check-in date, the owner will reimburse 80% of the amount except for the bank charges (if any) associated with the process of reimbursement.
