The CUSTOMER commits to behave with civic responsibility, respect the environment, peace and quiet, nature, cleanliness and tidiness of the house.
Usage and co-habitation rules
Arrival: 12 noon – 7 p.m.
Smoking is prohibited
Pets are not allowed.
Respect at all times to maintain the peace and quiet of other guests that might be accommodated in properties nearby.
For this reason, parties and events are not allowed.
Quiet time: after midnight and respect the neighbors.
The CUSTOMER must be diligent and mindful when using electricity, heating, air conditioner, water, and firewood.
Leaving the trash in the house, garden or the street by the main door is forbidden.
The CUSTOMER commits to place the trash into the bin in front of the house.
Any type of fireworks (firecrackers, sparkles, etc.) is strictly prohibited
In the event of VANDALISM, NOISE, DISTURBANCE, COMPLAINTS MADE BY THE NEIGHBORS or IMPROPER USE of the house and its amenities, the owners reserve the right to terminate the lease contract at any time, and the guests must leave the property immediately and without any possibility for reimbursement.
